the City of Greater Sudbury declares surplus to the City’s needs and authorize the sale of vacant land east of Smelter Road, Coniston, legally described as part of PIN 73560-0946(LT) and part of PIN 73560-0944(LT), City of Greater Sudbury; AND THAT a by-law be prepared authorizing the sale and the execution of the documents required to complete the real estate transaction; AND THAT the net proceeds of the sale be credited to the Capital Financing Reserve Fund – General.
