the City of Greater Sudbury approves the recommendations as outlined in the report entitled “Performance Audit of Maintenance of the Linear Water Distribution & Wastewater Collection Infrastructure Report" as presented at the Audit Committee meeting on December 13, 2022.

the City of Greater Sudbury approves the recommendations as outlined in the report entitled “Performance Audit of Waste Collection Services” as presented at the Audit Committee meeting on December 13, 2022.

the City of Greater Sudbury approves the 2022 External Audit Plan as outlined in the report entitled “2022 External Audit Planning Report”, from the General Manager of Corporate Services, presented at the Audit Committee meeting on December 13, 2022.

That the Auditor General be requested to include in his 2023 workplan a review that: 1. Assessed the merits of undertaking reviews that incorporate a "zero-based" approach for specific services; 2. Compares the anticipated costs and benefits of such reviews with the current value-for-money audit approach; and 3.Subject to the results of 1) and 2), recommends specific services for reviews to be incorporated into future audit plans in a report to be provided to the Audit Committee for the meeting on June 20, 2023.
